On an all-day excursion, (after passing through Darwin and San Carlos) the afternoon concludes with a tour of the FitzRoy ranch. Seeing the breeding of horses, ponies and sheep is very interesting... and the afternoon ends with a roast lamb in the typical style of the island... in a closed place and outdoors for 4 hours.
